    1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and participation in the programs, services, courses, workshops, online communities, and other offerings provided by Intuitive Inquiry LLC (“Intuitive Inquiry,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

    Business name: Intuitive Inquiry LLC

By purchasing, booking, registering for, or participating in any of our services, you agree to these Terms and any additional terms presented to you at the time of purchase.

Please read these Terms carefully before making a purchase. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law.

    2. Our Services

Intuitive Inquiry offers educational, experiential, and personal development services, which may include:

    • Intuitive Vision Teacher Training: Training designed to develop intuitive perception and teach participants to facilitate intuitive vision practices.
    • Intuitive Living: Programs for adults focused on intuition, self-trust, mindfulness, visualization, and personal development.
    • Natural Blooming: Programs for children and families involving intuitive exploration, sensory games, and guided practices.
    • Intuitive Roots: Workshops and educational programs for children, schools, and institutions.

    • Community Memberships and Additional Offerings: Online communities, practice sessions, mentoring, workshops, digital resources, and other services announced through our official channels.

The specific content, duration, format, schedule, price, and inclusions of each offering will be described on the relevant sales page, booking page, or written agreement.

We may make reasonable adjustments to course materials, teaching methods, facilitators, or schedules where necessary, provided that such changes do not materially reduce the service purchased. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

    3. Registration and Eligibility

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering for or purchasing our services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and must not share paid course access with unauthorized individuals.

Participants must meet any age requirements specified for the relevant program. A parent or legal guardian must register and provide any required consent for a minor's participation.

We may restrict or terminate participation where there is a legitimate reason, including serious misconduct, harassment, abuse, unauthorized distribution of course materials, or a material breach of these Terms.

Where we terminate a service for reasons unrelated to your breach, any refund or other remedy will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances.

    4. Fees and Payment Terms

    4.1 Program fees

The applicable price will be displayed on the relevant sales page, checkout page, or written offer before purchase.

Fees are payable in the currency shown at checkout. Applicable taxes will be handled as required by law.

    4.2 Payment plans

Where an installment or payment plan is offered, the payment schedule and total amount payable will be disclosed before purchase.

By selecting a payment plan, you agree to the disclosed payment schedule and authorize the agreed payments to be collected through the payment provider, such as Stripe.

Unless your specific agreement states otherwise, a payment plan is a method of paying for the agreed program and is not necessarily a cancellable monthly subscription.

Withdrawing from participation does not automatically cancel outstanding contractual payment obligations. This provision does not override statutory cancellation, withdrawal, termination, or refund rights.

    4.3 Recurring subscriptions

For recurring subscriptions, the subscription price, billing frequency, renewal conditions, and cancellation procedure will be disclosed before purchase.

You may cancel using the procedure provided for that subscription. Cancellation generally prevents future renewals from the applicable effective date, subject to the terms disclosed at purchase and applicable law.

Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for previous billing periods, except where required by law or expressly provided in the relevant offer.

    4.4 Failed payments

If a payment fails, we may contact you to arrange payment or request updated payment details. Access to a paid service may be temporarily suspended where payment remains outstanding, subject to applicable law and any required notice.

Please contact us promptly if you believe a payment has been processed incorrectly.

    5. Cancellation, Withdrawal, and Refund Policy

    5.1 General no-refund policy

Intuitive Inquiry operates a general no-refund policy for courses, Teacher Training programs, online programs, workshops, and other educational offerings, subject to mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

Before purchasing, participants are responsible for reviewing the program description, content, format, schedule, requirements, and price to ensure that the offering meets their expectations.

Once a participant has been granted access to the course materials, learning platform, or online community, including Skool, payments are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly agreed to in writing by Intuitive Inquiry.

This policy applies regardless of whether the participant subsequently accesses, completes, or fully uses the course materials.

5.2 Access to digital course materials

By purchasing a course that includes immediate access to digital content, participants acknowledge that access may be granted shortly after payment.

Where applicable law permits the statutory right of withdrawal to be lost for digital content supplied immediately, Intuitive Inquiry will obtain the participant's express prior consent to begin supplying the digital content during the withdrawal period and their acknowledgment that they will lose that right once supply begins, in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

Access to a course platform or digital materials does not, by itself, remove statutory withdrawal rights unless the applicable legal requirements have been satisfied.

    5.3 Payment plans and installments

Where a participant chooses an installment or payment plan, the participant agrees to the payment schedule and total program fee disclosed at checkout.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by applicable law, withdrawing from a course, discontinuing participation, missing sessions, or deciding not to continue does not automatically cancel outstanding payment obligations under the agreed payment plan.

Cancellation of participation does not automatically entitle the participant to a refund of payments already made.

    5.4 Non-attendance and voluntary withdrawal

Failure to attend live sessions, participate in group activities, complete assignments, use the learning platform, or access course materials does not automatically entitle a participant to a refund.

Participants who choose to discontinue a course after enrollment remain subject to this policy, subject to any applicable statutory rights.

    5.5 Individual sessions and appointments

For individual sessions, participants should follow the cancellation and rescheduling procedure communicated at the time of booking.

Unless otherwise stated in the booking terms, cancellation and rescheduling requests should be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be non-refundable where this condition was disclosed before booking and is permitted by applicable law.

If Intuitive Inquiry cancels a session, we will offer a reasonable alternative appointment or an appropriate refund for the service not supplied, as applicable.

    5.6 Events and workshops

If Intuitive Inquiry cancels a course, workshop, or event, or fails to provide the service purchased, participants will be offered an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances. This may include rescheduling, an alternative service, or a refund where required.

If a participant cannot attend an event, cancellation and refund rights will depend on the terms disclosed at purchase and applicable law, including any rules applicable to dated leisure activities.

5.7 Refund procedure and statutory rights

Approved refunds will generally be returned through the original payment method unless another method is agreed or legally required.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or waives mandatory consumer rights.

Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, participants may exercise it within the applicable period by contacting leonie@intuitive-inquiry.com and clearly stating their intention to withdraw.

Any legally required refund will be processed in accordance with applicable statutory requirements.

    6. Nature of Our Services and No Guaranteed Results

Our services are educational, experiential, and personal development offerings. They may include mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, visualization, intuitive exercises, sensory activities, coaching, energy-based practices, and creative expression.

We aim to provide a supportive environment for learning and exploration. However, individual experiences and outcomes vary.

We do not guarantee that participants will achieve a particular result, develop a particular perceptual ability, experience a specific emotional change, improve their personal or professional circumstances, or obtain employment, clients, income, or other financial benefits.

Testimonials and examples describe individual experiences and are not guarantees of typical or future results.

Participants remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, interpretations, and use of the skills or practices presented in our programs.

    7. Educational and Wellbeing Disclaimer

Our services are not a substitute for medical care, psychological treatment, psychiatric care, legal advice, financial advice, or other professional services.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, our programs are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition.

Energy healing, intuitive vision, visualization, mindfulness, and related practices should not be relied upon as substitutes for qualified medical or mental health assessment or treatment.

Participants should consult an appropriately qualified professional where they have concerns about their wellbeing or the suitability of an activity.

Participation is voluntary. Participants are responsible for informing us of relevant needs or safety concerns that may affect their participation.

For activities involving children, parents and guardians are responsible for providing relevant information and ensuring that participation is appropriate for the child.

    8. Certification and Professional Use

Where a training includes a certificate, the relevant program description will specify the type of certificate awarded and the conditions for receiving it.

A certificate of participation or completion does not automatically constitute a government-recognized qualification, professional license, or authorization to provide regulated services.

Where facilitator certification is offered, participants must meet the completion, practice, assessment, mentoring, or other requirements communicated for that certification.

Participants are responsible for checking the legal, professional, safeguarding, insurance, and regulatory requirements applicable to their intended activities.

Participants must represent their training and qualifications accurately.

    9. Intellectual Property and Permitted Use

All course materials and resources provided by Intuitive Inquiry, including videos, audio recordings, manuals, workbooks, presentations, written materials, exercises, graphics, and original teaching materials, are owned by or licensed to Intuitive Inquiry or the relevant rights holders, unless otherwise stated.

We grant participants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for their own personal learning or, where expressly authorized by their training, for the facilitation activities described in the relevant program.

Without prior written permission, participants may not:

    • Copy, reproduce, publish, sell, sublicense, distribute, or publicly share course materials.
    • Share login credentials or provide unauthorized access to paid content.
    • Record, redistribute, or commercially exploit teaching sessions or recordings.
    • Repackage materials or create competing products based substantially on proprietary resources.
    • Use our name, branding, logos, or materials in a way that implies an unauthorized affiliation or endorsement.

Any rights granted to certified facilitators will be governed by the applicable certification or facilitator agreement.

    10. Confidentiality and Community Conduct

Our programs and communities are intended to provide respectful and supportive spaces for learning and exploration.

Participants agree to treat others respectfully, respect personal boundaries, and keep confidential personal stories and sensitive information shared by other participants, unless disclosure is authorized or required by law.

Participants must not engage in harassment, discrimination, intimidation, defamation, or disruptive conduct.

Screenshots, recordings, and identifying information from private sessions or community spaces must not be shared without appropriate permission.

We cannot guarantee that every participant will maintain confidentiality. Participants should exercise discretion when sharing sensitive personal information in group settings.

We may moderate or restrict access to community spaces in response to misconduct or a breach of these Terms, subject to applicable law and contractual rights.

    11. Privacy and Data Protection

We process personal information in connection with registrations, payments, communications, service delivery, and community participation in accordance with our applicable data protection obligations.

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about the personal data we collect, how we use it, the legal bases for processing, data retention, and your rights.

Participants and facilitators must not share another participant's personal data without appropriate authorization or a legal basis.

Where facilitators work with children or other participants, they are responsible for complying with the data protection, confidentiality, consent, and safeguarding requirements applicable to their own activities.

    12. Photography, Recordings, and Testimonials

We may invite participants to provide testimonials, feedback, photographs, or recordings for promotional purposes.

We will not use identifiable images, voices, names, personal stories, or testimonials for promotional purposes without obtaining any consent required by law.

Participation in a program does not automatically grant permission to use a participant's image or testimonial in marketing materials.

Where online sessions are recorded for educational or administrative purposes, participants will be informed of the recording and its intended use as required by law. Appropriate consent or another valid legal basis will be obtained where necessary.

    13. Children's Programs and Safeguarding

Programs involving children must be booked or authorized by a parent or legal guardian where required.

Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that their child can participate safely and appropriately, providing relevant information, and supporting their child as necessary.

Our programs are educational and experiential. They do not replace professional educational, developmental, medical, or psychological assessment or treatment.

Facilitators and participants must respect children's privacy, boundaries, dignity, and safety. Applicable safeguarding procedures and consent requirements must be followed.

Where a parent or guardian is required to remain present or available during a session, this requirement will be communicated as part of the program information.

    14. Third-Party Platforms and Services

We may use third-party services to deliver programs and process payments, including payment processors, video conferencing tools, online learning platforms, and community platforms.

Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for independent changes or interruptions caused by third-party providers, but we will make reasonable efforts to address material disruptions affecting services we have agreed to provide.

Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

    15. Limitation of Liability

We will provide our services with reasonable care and in accordance with applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the relevant contract was formed.

We are not responsible for outcomes arising solely from a participant's independent decisions or from using course materials outside their intended scope.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury where exclusion is prohibited, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Nothing in these Terms removes any consumer rights or remedies that apply under mandatory law.

    16. Changes to Programs and These Terms

We may update our programs, materials, and these Terms from time to time.

The version of the Terms applicable to a purchase will be the version presented or validly incorporated into the agreement at the time of purchase, subject to any lawful subsequent changes.

We will not use an update to remove mandatory consumer rights or retrospectively impose materially different contractual obligations without an appropriate legal basis.

Where a change materially affects an ongoing subscription or service, we will provide notice where required and explain any applicable options.

    17. Complaints and Contact

If you have a question, concern, or complaint about a purchase or service, please contact us first so that we can attempt to resolve it.

    Email: leonie@intuitive-inquiry.com
    Website: https://www.intuitive-inquiry.com

Please include your name, the program or service concerned, the date of purchase, and a description of the issue.

We will make reasonable efforts to respond and work toward a fair resolution.

Nothing in this section limits your right to use applicable consumer dispute-resolution procedures or bring a claim before a competent authority or court.

    18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are subject to the laws applicable to the contract, taking into account the legal status of Intuitive Inquiry LLC, the nature of the service, and any mandatory consumer-protection rules.

Where a participant is a consumer, nothing in these Terms deprives them of protections that cannot lawfully be excluded under the applicable law. Mandatory rules concerning competent courts and consumer jurisdiction will apply where relevant.

    19. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms, together with the relevant program description, order confirmation, applicable policies, and any additional agreement expressly incorporated into the purchase, form the agreement governing the relevant service.

If a specific written agreement contains a provision that conflicts with these Terms, the specific agreement will prevail for the subject it expressly addresses, to the extent legally permitted.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review these Terms and agree to the terms applicable to your purchase, subject always to mandatory legal rights.
