5. Legal Bases for Processing
Where the GDPR applies, we process personal data on one or more of these legal bases:
- Contract: To provide services you purchase or take steps you request before purchase.
- Legal obligation: To meet applicable tax, accounting, and other legal requirements.
- Legitimate interests: To administer our business, maintain security, respond to inquiries, and protect our legal rights, where these interests do not override your rights and freedoms.
- Consent: For optional marketing, promotional photographs and testimonials, non-essential cookies where applicable, and other activities requiring consent.
- Sensitive personal data: Where applicable, an Article 6 legal basis and an additional condition under Article 9 GDPR.
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
6. Email and WhatsApp Marketing
We may use email and WhatsApp to send newsletters, program announcements, event invitations, and promotional offers.
Where required, we will obtain your consent before sending marketing communications. Marketing consent is separate from any agreement necessary to purchase a service.
You may opt out by using an unsubscribe link, replying to a WhatsApp marketing message asking us to stop, or contacting leonie@intuitive-inquiry.com.
We will respect your preferences and stop marketing communications as required by law. We may still send essential messages concerning purchases, bookings, payments, and ongoing services.
We may use third-party email and messaging services to deliver communications and manage contact preferences.
7. Children's Privacy and Parental Consent
Our programs include activities designed for children and families, including Natural Blooming.
We process children's personal data only where an appropriate legal basis exists and applicable child-protection and data-protection requirements are satisfied.
Under Spanish law, where processing is based on consent, children generally may provide their own data-processing consent from age 14. For children under 14, parental or legal guardian consent is generally required. Other legal requirements may apply depending on the activity and legal basis.
We will take reasonable steps to verify parental or guardian authorization where required and provide privacy information in clear, accessible language.
Information about children will be used only for disclosed purposes, such as registration, program delivery, communication with parents, safeguarding, and necessary administration.
Promotional use of children's photographs and videos: We are establishing a formal consent process. Until that process is in place, we will not use identifiable photographs, videos, voices, names, or personal stories of children for promotional purposes.
Once implemented, promotional consent will be separate from course registration and obtained from the appropriate parent, guardian, or child where required by law.
8. Recordings, Photographs, and Testimonials
Some sessions may be recorded for educational, replay, or administrative purposes. Where recording occurs, we will provide appropriate information and obtain consent or rely on another lawful basis where required.
We will not use identifiable images, voices, names, personal stories, or testimonials for promotional purposes without obtaining any consent required by law.
Optional promotional consent will not be a condition of participating in a purchased service.
Participants must respect other participants' privacy and must not record or share another person's personal information without appropriate permission.

11. Cookies and Website Tracking
We do not currently use analytics or advertising tracking tools on our website, based on our current configuration.
Strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies may be used to provide requested functionality, maintain security, and operate the website.
Where consent is required for non-essential cookies or similar technologies, we will obtain it before activating them.
If we introduce analytics, advertising pixels, or other tracking technologies, we will update this policy and provide any required cookie notice and consent controls.
12. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy and to comply with applicable legal obligations.
Retention periods depend on the category of information:

We will establish and maintain more specific retention periods for our records and systems. When personal data is no longer required, we will delete or anonymize it where appropriate, unless retention is legally required.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse.
These measures may include access controls, appropriate account security, reputable service providers, and limiting access to individuals who need the information for their responsibilities.
No online system can be guaranteed completely secure. If a personal data breach occurs, we will take appropriate action in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
